This shit is stupid. I'm 40 years old and I am proud of my age. I'm tired of hearing people say "omg, I'm so old. I don't want to say my age." Aging is a blessing. Be proud of who you are and how you got there. No, I'm not the little 20 year old I used to be, but I have so much more wisdom, confidence, and am forever grateful for the power in my being. I am 40 and loving it, and I am beautiful too! ❤❤❤

I had my struggle with aging when I was about to turn 38 although I looked amazing, was fit, healthy lifestyle, good career, family but something snapped in my brain and it drove me into a spiral for 4 years bringing back childhood traumas that must have been so repressed for so long. It was as if everything hit me at once…when I finally got out of that psychological snapping and depression, I learned to not give anymore F#$ks about so much and realized aging truly is a blessing…surviving traumas and painful events is a blessing
