When working in retail, we had to unload pallets and pallets of goods. The delivery drivers were huge beasts and i'm sure they had a mixture of orc and troll blood in them. But they were saints, with perfect accents and manners. The scroungy suited sales guys inside were much, much worse to have a conversation with than these lads. Much respect to them.

Seats are not fit for purpose. I've been squashed by bigger passengers more times than I care to remember. People get bigger, seats/legroom gets smaller.
