Most people dont understand business…thats why the majority of people are broke! They diluted her just like Mark Zuckerburg did his homie!!! It was in her contract. If they are losing money, you have to bring in new money or go bankrupt. Basically raising money but somebody has to get diluted. Cant own 200% of a company….so if 100% is already locked in somebody has in their contract they can get diluted! A public traded company will dilute their shareholders everytime they need money which dilutes your shares in reality but in theory your shares hold the same value until price tanks after reverse split which happens 99% of the time. She signed a bad contract!
